With an early morning start, frost on the ground and ice in the small ponds on the way up to Botnahytta, most of the participants headed up the road / path / trail from Rolfsvåg in bright sunshine. Rising temperatures made many thankful for layered clothing on the way to the Little Canada. We had followed this path 17 years earlier. It was not so steep then, but the cabin was no easier to find than it was then.
